Once you join our team as a Team Leader Technical Trainings, you will:

• Act as the disciplinary and functional lead.
• Track and optimize team performance (KPIs), and conduct frequent performance dialogs with key stakeholders.
• Lead training needs analysis and participate in the preparation of the annual training plan.
• Consult the organization in regard to the existing training offerings and explore the spanet for new ones.
• Drive the processes for selection and approval of training providers.
• Oversee the day-to-day implementation of the training program activities.
• Ensure compliance with the training standards, internal processes and/or authority requirements.
• Operate, promote and improve the Training Management System throughout the aircraft maintenance network.
• Provide training and authorization reports, especially reflecting mandatory course compliance.

To be successful in the role you need:

• University degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related field;
• Leadership experience including relevant social competences;
• Extended knowledge of educational methods and concepts;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to manage complexity and set priorities;
• Ability to act and establish an agile mindset;
• Ability to work on one’s own initiative and operating under time pressure demands;
• Fluency in English – C1 level is a must;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Share Point, SAP and e-learning software;
• Responsible, creative, and positive approach towards processes and activities;
• Critical thinking and analytical capabilities;
• Customer focused.
