Role Overview

• Identify inefficiencies, map current-state processes, facilitate root-cause analysis, and implement countermeasures that improve quality, cycle time and cost. 
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends/variation, and translate data into clear insights and recommended actions. 
• Improve and scale dashboards, trackers, and workflow tools; automate manual reporting; ensure data integrity and clarity of definitions. 
• Develop standard work, documentation, training, and control plans to ensure process changes are adopted and maintained. 
• Lead structured problem-solving sessions (e.g., process mapping, prioritization, review meetings) to align with internal teams and partners. 
• Support TechOps daily operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 5 of experience in aviation industry is preferred 
• Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, or similar) and building repeatable metrics  
• Experience improving digital workflows and dashboards, such as Salesforce and Spotfire  
• Proven ability to establish productive working relationships in a cross-functional team environment  
• Proven written and verbal communication skills  
• Effective problem-solving skills
