Job Description:
A position of Technical Leader has just been opened within Airbus India for Information Management (IM) for Airbus Programmes, Customer Engagement & Services. Our mission is to deliver and contribute to innovative IT solutions that support their digital transformation and efficient operations in front of our Airlines customers.
You will join the Technical data dispatch product in charge of the applications portfolio allowing Airlines customers to their maintenance documentation.
Your mission is to lead the team in charge of operational activities with the objectives to secure the run operation in H24 mode with strong collaboration with the infrastructure operation team (monitoring and operation), supporting project deployments and proposing operational improvements.
The candidate will have to learn the architecture of Tech Data Dispatch Portfolio and its functional processes, build a local Airbus India team with different skills (IT architects and IT operation specialists), support and organize their ramp up. The candidate will be also in charge of supporting the product strategy to maintain existing applications in Airbus premises to new ones like cloud and to propose operational improvements to better support the activities.
You will be operationally attached to the IM India organization supporting the Technical Data Product Service Line (based in Toulouse).
Travels to France (Toulouse) are likely to happen for your mission based on project or operational needs.

Must have skills:
Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 10-12 years of total experience in Information Technology
Strong experience in project management, team organization
Capacity to understand technical and operational Systems (Linux servers, Database, monitoring …) in order to take the operational decision
Good communication, collaborative skills and a team-minded attitude
Capacity to translate complex technical requests into solutions and assess potential impacts
Capacity to understand and learn functional technical data dispatch ecosystem
Good Knowledge of ITIL management (incidents, changes, problem solving, root cause analysis …)
Capacity to lead crisis meeting to re-establish a service or an application with all stakeholders inside the organization or outside
Capacity to manage escalation process in case of crisis situation
Advanced level of English
Capacity to be proactive to propose solutions

Responsibilities
Lead and organize TechData Dispatch operational team
Report to TechData Dispatch product Owner (HO DCTC) on operation team activities
Act as a focal point for TechData Dispatch Operation in strong collaboration with operational stakeholders inside TechData PSL or outside : infrastructure team, Monitoring team, L3 development team, Customer support operation and techdata production.
Ensure operational activities to secure Techdata production in time and Incident management at the level expected (SLA : 99.5, Mean Time To Resolve incident < 4.3 days,...)
Manage and drive crisis meetings in case of applications outages or service degradation.
Establish Operational roadmap to secure operation and projects target
Participate to infrastructure H24 monitoring steering committee and alert if needed
Organize and support project deployment by validating their planing
technical architecture validated by IT architect,
infrastructure setup by IT operation specialist
Acceptance tests by IT operation specialist
Application deployment in differents environment by IT operation Specialist from move into validation until the move into production
Propose operational improvements (technical or organizational)
Follow and analyze IM Change board decision to anticipate potential risks or problems

Secure the respect IM Airbus Operational KPI target 99.5 and Mean Time To Resolve incident (< 4.3 days,...)

Ability to understand the business potential of applications and provide insight to internal clients
Ability to handle project requests from technical architecture design, infrastructure setup and tuning, Entry into service preparation and application deployment.
Ability to maintain good performance of the Airbus India team by ensuring relevant skills to match with team mission.
Ability to challenge the needs of IT project leaders and provide appropriate solutions in line with Airbus standard and security requirements.

The role will have the following key outputs:
