Business Activities Automation & Services PSL is responsible for the “Design” & “Customization” processes actors on Business Activities Automation thanks to PLM DATA Analytics.  Provides associated Services on PLM DATA access, DMU usage and we prepare your future needs (virtual and augmented reality, prediction..) 

Optimize, digitalize and automatize the aircraft customization process from marketing to aircraft delivery.

He/ She will need to follow the software development & operations processes by using dedicated tools and ensuring the on-time, quality delivery of software releases independently.

Qualification & Experience

  • Engineering graduate with 5-7 years of experience in managing software development.

    • 3-5 years on software/tool development in any technology (JAVA / .Net)

    • 2-4 years on project management

    • 2-4 years of business process analysis

    • 1-2 years of subcontractor management experience

    • 1-2  years of experience in the area of bespoke and COTS applications management

  • Certification in ITIL and  Waterfall / Agile/ SAFe project methodologies 

  • Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders transnationally

  • Experienced in working within a product delivery lifecycle

  • Software quality management awareness

  • Hands -on experience in programming language (C&43;&43;, .Net, JAVA, Fortran, Python) and database (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)

  • Experience in working in 

    • Authentication and encryption technologies

    • PaaS technologies such as openshift 

    • Devops tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, JFrog Artifactory, VersionOne, Sonarqube etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, set up and manage a project / programme structure to achieve the project / programme targets. He/she defines, uses and sustains resources, and supports team development with the appropriate competences, over the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation describing configurations and procedures for performing installations. Maintaining the first-time-right approach is a must.

  • Requirements Management:

    • Organize workshops (Dev team / Business / Process Owner / Key users)

    • Review / Write /Classify Requirements / Specification

    • Manage Project Backlog (Functional / Non-Functional Requirements)

  • Manage Functional Support within agreed SLA / OLA 

  • Establish suitable stakeholder networks and manage them effectively.

  • Manage and monitor partners & subcontractors. He/she manages contractual relationships (in partnership with Procurement) to successfully ensure the delivery on time, cost & quality with relevant partners. He/she ensures products are delivered meeting the expected business value.

  • Champion Software Quality Management principles in routine work.

  • Roadmap Management, Deployment Planning / Coordination & Regular Status Reporting

  • Manage required Resources / Means 

  • Create, maintain and review Process Documentation / Support

  • Provide proactive and reactive Operational Support

  • Identify, assess risks and opportunities in his/her area of duty. He/she identifies and prioritizes events that might negatively/positively affect the programme/ process/ function objectives and he/she categorizes them. He/she takes corrective and preventive actions accordingly.

  • Identify, tailor, optimize and apply relevant processes, methods and tools according to the type of programme/ project (size, context, complexity, etc.). This includes any agile methodologies (agile scrum or scaled agile: SAFE, scrum of scrum, etc.), and also the context of hybrid projects,  where the successful integration of multiple work packages developed applying different methodologies is needed.

  • He/She must work closely with business partners and key contacts, including their business models & operations, addressing major challenges and the resulting expectations and needs.

  • Adapt and use multiple forms of communication styles to ensure that all people/stakeholders are willing and able to follow common objectives. He/she negotiates & influences using reasoned advocacy in order to gain buy-in as well as using facilitation techniques to manage situations of conflict. He/she uses flexible and adaptable working styles to build and develop effective cross-functional team work. He/she interacts with people of different cultural backgrounds in a constructive manner to achieve commonly accepted project results.

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and lead adaptation of old technology into new technologies.  

  • He/She shall be willing to work in European Shift Times when needed(up to 10.30 PM IST in Summer and 11.30 PM IST in winter.)
