Your key tasks:

• Responsibility for the operational and tactical management of our technical and IT service providers
• Further development of supplier relationships in line with our compliance and governance standards
• Monitoring of contracts, costs and service levels – ensuring quality and efficiency
• Close collaboration with Procurement and line management, including reporting and preparation of decision papers
• Active contribution to shaping change within a future-driven transformation organization

Your profile:

• A completed university degree with a business orientation, or equivalent qualifications gained through relevant vocational training and professional experience
• Several years of experience working with external interfaces
• Strong analytical skills, organizational talent and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Initiative, flexibility and enthusiasm for driving change
• Fluent in German
• Very good English skills
