The Boeing Company is looking for a Test & Evaluation Lab Technician to join our team in Berkely, MO. This role will work closely with engineering within Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Instrumentation Operations.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Experienced or Lead Level Test & Evaluation Lab Technicians.
Position Responsibilities:
Plans, conducts and documents complex tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies
Designs, fabricates, builds and analyzes test systems, materials, components, software and methodologies
Coordinates test requirements, determines test methods and capabilities
Conducts system test preparations by guiding system integration, fabrication, modification, setup, checkout and teardown
Performs test article configuration control
Conducts complex tests, analyzes data and documents results; participates in test readiness reviews
Identifies and resolves test anomalies
Troubleshoots and resolves complex laboratory and test-related problems
Coordinates test laboratory activities, maintenance and repairs, and personnel training
Assists government agencies, safety and hazardous materials teams in the event of emergencies
Coaches and trains others
Works under minimal direction
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Associates degree or higher
Experience in installing aircraft modifications to include fabricating and installing aircraft electrical system wiring, connectors, electrical components or avionics boxes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years related work experience, 5 years related work experience, etc.).
Lead (level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years related work experience, 8 years related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for experienced level: $55,250-$74,750
Summary pay range for lead level: $63,750-$86,250
