Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Ocala, Florida is looking for a Test Engineer Supervisor.
The Lockheed Martin Ocala Operations is a multi-shift manufacturing facility that build circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies. The facility currently has over 1400 employees and provides products to six Missiles and Fire Control sites. We are driven by speed, agility and technical innovation.
Responsibilities include managing production quality, schedule, and cost performance for a Program(s) providing team leadership.
The Test Engineer Supervisor job duties include but are not limited to the following:
*Recruitment and staffing of hourly testers and technicians
*Developing, maintaining, and administering new hire tester training and remedial training
*Reviewing test processes and partnering with cognizant Test Engineers to implement test processes and continued improvements
*Ensuring that Ocala Operations programs possess hourly tester support required to execute production testing requirements
*Developing rotation plans to improve department agility and eliminate single point failures
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in a technical discipline or a B.A. degree with a technical associates degree, technical training, or related work experience.
- 5 years of professional work experience or 3 years of professional work experience with a Masters Degree.
- Experience with electronics manufacturing
-Familiar with common electrical test equipment
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and therefore must be a US Citizen.

- Previous leadership experience
- Familiar with automated electronics test processes
- User level familiarity with TestStand, LabWindows CVI, and LabView.
-Experience working in a union environment leading union workforce

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
