Description:The Missiles and Fire Control Transformation Office is looking for world class talent in business & digital transformation. The individual selected for this position will serve in a dynamic leadership role, providing oversight and enabling capabilities in pursuit and execution of multiple internal and contract-based programs, partnering with functional experts to develop and implement integrated solutions, advising leadership on resource-related issues, and acting as an employee champion and change agent. In addition, this team member coordinates briefings to senior leadership and develops relationships both internally with LM programs and externally with Government customers.

This role supports the One Lockheed Martin Transformation (1LMX) program and works with and directs transformation activity for all phases of programs, including international programs. Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of projects. Acts as primary contact for activities, leading review sessions with stakeholders. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to schedules, identifies program issues and obtains solutions. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.

Responsibilities Also Include:
• Leading a team of Managers and Technical Subject Mater Experts within the roadmap
• Communication of the team’s staffing needs to functional leaders
• Coordination with other roadmap leaders to ensure alignment and clear communication on objectives & strategic initiatives
• Interfacing with other LM business units, external customers, and suppliers for products and services to equip and enable project teams
• Preparing and delivering presentations to LM senior management and external customers
• Interfacing with Contracts, Supply Chain Management, Finance & Business Operations, and Legal in support of program execution
• Advising and coaching team members across the spectrum of services, learning opportunities, and leadership development
• Leading and facilitating change initiatives
• Driving the creation and implementation of projects and initiatives aligned to maximizing value and advancing the business strategy
• Streamlining and integrating initiatives for affordability, efficiency, and impact
• Demonstrating mature problem-solving skills and thriving in an environment of continual change
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams across complex programs and workstreams
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent people management skills
• Ability to establish effective relationships, work effectively across levels and functions, and successfully navigate ambiguity and unexpected change
• Strong collaborator and business partner with the ability to lead and motivate a program team
• Demonstrated leadership experience in operations, organizational change, and change management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with experience serving as a trusted business advisor to a senior leader or executive
• Demonstrated experience telling stories with data to influence executive level clients and business partners to drive change
• Expert level analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to travel for team interaction and customer engagements as required

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
