This is your opportunity to step into a visible leadership role and take ownership of a high-priority ServiceNow (SNOW) initiative as part of Collins Aerospace’s Connected Aviation. You will be the driving force behind a major program that will optimize every aspect of our service lifecycle. As the chair of the Program Management Team (PMT), you’ll oversee strategy, delivery, and long-term value across a complex supplier-involved project, with executive visibility and cross-functional influence.
What YOU will do
- Serve as the Value Stream Leader (VSL) accountable for the end-to-end execution of the Connected Aviation ServiceNow development project, from early concept through service and support.
- Own project cost, schedule, scope, and risk/opportunity (R&O) management, using disciplined program controls to course-correct a program currently behind schedule.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, including Capital & CFE Management, ensuring alignment with internal milestones and business objectives.
- Lead the Program Management Team (PMT), establish clear communication cadences, and drive accountability across functions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Actively monitor and manage the development budget, identifying risks early and exploiting opportunities to optimize delivery and value.
- Report out to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring visibility, transparency, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Prior Project or Program Management experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
Qualifications We Prefer
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of program financial management and supplier performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage high-visibility programs or lead initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Exposure to Program Management Team (PMT) structures, risk management, and stakeholder communication practices.
- Experience with RLPM or equivalent lifecycle management framework

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
