What you will need to be successful in this role:
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to Five (3-5) years’ experience in a Warehouse Supervisory role supervising 10 or more people.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Recent Intermediate level experience operating a sit-down forklift.
This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility. The environmental characteristic for this position is a both office and warehouse setting. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and comply with OSHA standards.
Typical Schedule: The core hours are, Mon to Fri, 7am to 3:30pm. Although salaried, the candidate must be flexible to work O/T before and after the core shift hours; to include occasional weekends.
Compensation:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000. This reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
