What You Will Do
Design, control, and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
Improve cycle time and lead time
Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
Create and oversee improvement projects
Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Perform hardware defect analysis
Participate in corrective action investigations

Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM)
Experience in manufacturing methodologies
Experience in Microsoft Office tools
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contracts.
*Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Qualifications We Prefer
Preferred majors in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
Knowledge of Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to work across disciplines and an innovative mindset that drives continuous improvement and keeps pace with advances in technology
Ability to work in a team environment with solid organizational skills and the ability multi-task
Proven written and oral communication skills
Experience/education with interpretation of technical documentation
Experience/education with project execution

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
