We are seeking experienced A&P Aircraft Mechanics to support aircraft maintenance operations in Wichita, Kansas. This position requires a valid A&P license and offers full-time hours, steady work, and long-term opportunities in a professional aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of aircraft systems and components.
• Interpret and perform work per AMM, IPC, maintenance manuals, and engineering instructions.
• Accurately document maintenance actions and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with other mechanics and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Valid FAA A&P License (Required).
• 5+ years of experience as an A&P Aircraft Mechanic preferred.
• Experience working in an FAA-regulated environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
