What You’ll Do
- Assemble & Test: Bring aerospace components to life by building and calibrating small parts and complete units.
- Work with Tools: Use hand and power tools to align, adjust, and fit components with precision.
- Quality Matters: Follow detailed work instructions, complete QA reports, and earn certifications as you grow.
- Keep It Running: Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next mission.
- Team Up: Collaborate with skilled peers and contribute to a positive culture.
What You Bring
- Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Blueprint reading skills (a plus!)
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
