You will operate at the intersection of operations, quality, and continuous improvement, with a direct impact on delivery, cost, and product integrity.
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring both strategic oversight and daily presence on the shop floor.

- Lead and coordinate daily quality activities, ensuring alignment with production priorities
- Act as the operational point of contact for quality on the shop floor
- Supervise, support, and develop inspectors and production teams
- Ensure compliance with engineering requirements, customer standards, and internal procedures
- Monitor KPIs (FPY, defects, rework, etc.) and drive performance improvements
- Anticipate risks, escalate critical issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans, ensuring long-term effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, methods, logistics, and production
- Contribute to process optimization, efficiency gains, and cost control
- Promote a strong quality and safety culture across the organization
- Step in operationally when needed — lead by example on the floor
