We are seeking a detail-oriented Aircraft Assembler to evaluate, diagnose, and repair a variety of aircraft components. This role primarily supports the Oxygen Systems Shop, working hands-on with gauges, helmets, tubes, and oxygen bags. The ideal candidate has a mechanical background, is comfortable using diagnostic tools, and is eager to grow within the aviation industry.

• Evaluate and diagnose issues with aircraft components
• Repair aircraft systems, including:
  • Basic avionics systems
  • Fuel pumps
  • Landing gear
  • Oxygen systems
• Perform detailed work in the Oxygen Systems Shop, including gauges, helmets, tubes, and bags
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and plan effective repairs
• Accurately enter repair and inspection data into computer systems
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical experience
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Ability to pass a safety-sensitive drug test

• Aviation or aerospace experience
• Prior exposure to avionics systems

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
