In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
What You’ll Do Every DayAs an Assembler, you’ll work in a cleanroom environment where precision and consistency matter:
Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards
Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment
Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts
Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers
Record, analyze, and report production and quality data
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production
Support the Operating System and site operational goals
What You Must HaveEnglish fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
Computer literacy
1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)
Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet
Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time
Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity

Compensation & Bonus:Shift:C Shift (3x12 Days)
Friday – Sunday, 6am – 7pm
$28.19/Hr $42.86/OT
D Shift (3x12 Nights)
Friday – Sunday, 6pm – 7am
$28.19/Hr $42.86/OT
3rd shift (5x8 Nights)
Sunday – Thursday, 10pm – 6:30am
$27.32/hour $40.98/OT
Basic Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Able to pass background check and drug test
Comfortable wearing full clean room suit (bunny suit)
Able to maintain consistent attendance

Pay Details: $27.32 to $28.19 per hour
