Duration: 12-Month Assignment
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4x10 Shift)

As an Assembler, you’ll work on advanced circuit card assemblies that support critical aerospace systems. Your craftsmanship will directly impact quality, reliability, and performance in cutting-edge aviation technology.
What You’ll DoIn this hands-on, detail-driven role, you’ll perform advanced electronics assembly and rework:
Execute complex soldering and rework on circuit card assemblies
Perform BGA reballing and replacement, QFN rework, and high-density connector repairs
Replace and repair SMT and through-hole components, including fine-pitch parts
Utilize hand and reflow soldering techniques for high-precision assembly work
Inspect assemblies using microscopes, AOI, and X-ray systems to ensure proper placement and quality
Troubleshoot defects and support continuous improvement efforts
Develop and follow detailed rework procedures for new and existing products
Perform mechanical assembly tasks, including installing hardware, adhesives, and alignment of components
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve manufacturing and design issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
What You BringRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in advanced soldering and rework
Proven expertise in SMT, through-hole, and high-density electronic assemblies
Hands-on experience with BGA, QFN, and fine-pitch component repair
Proficiency using soldering tools, reflow ovens, and inspection equipment
Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Documented soldering experience (required)
Ability to read and write English and pass a required medical exam
Preferred QualificationsIPC certifications (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721)
Experience with AOI and AXI inspection systems
Background in aerospace or high-reliability electronics manufacturing
