The Assembler performs surface-mount technology (SMT) soldering, touch-up, and inspection activities to ensure electronic assemblies meet quality standards and customer specifications. The role supports production by identifying defects and maintaining precision in assembly processes.

* Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Tool Requirements: Microscope, AOI equipment, and soldering tools required
* Pay Rate: $23.00 – $26.00 Hourly Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of experience with SMT touch-up soldering after reflow
* Proficient in identifying solder defects using microscopes and inspection equipment
* Experience working with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) assemblies
* Strong attention to detail with focus on quality and precision
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
* Perform touch-up soldering on SMT assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
* Inspect electronic assemblies using microscopes and AOI equipment to identify solder defects
* Evaluate and correct defects resulting from solder reflow processes
* Maintain accuracy and consistency in assembly and inspection activities
* Support production flow by completing assigned tasks within required timeframes
