* A minimum of 1 year of experience in aircraft maintenance, machine trades, or manufacturing technologies
* Ability to obtain a security clearance post-start
* Experience with composites, titanium, sheet metal, riveting, fastening, wiring, tubing, and basic machining
* Familiarity with drawings, blueprints, and technical data
* Use of tooling such as torque wrenches, countersinks, drills, deburring tools, and calibrated equipment Professional Attributes

* Fabricate and assemble components and structural assemblies using standard hand/power tools and precision instruments.
* Install wire harnesses, fasteners, and structural elements per work orders and technical data.
* Maintain accurate buy-offs of completed work, inspections, and non-conformances.
* Collaborate with engineers to suggest design changes and process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and configuration control.
