Executes planned work through work orders, designs, computer models, and established processes while collaborating with engineers to suggest design improvements and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The mechanic performs troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on assemblies and structural components, maintaining accurate documentation of inspections and completed work.

* Experience with composites, titanium, sheet metal, riveting, fastening, wiring, tubing, and basic machining
* Familiarity with drawings, blueprints, and technical data
* Use of tooling such as torque wrenches, countersinks, drills, deburring tools, and calibrated equipment Professional Attributes

* Collaborate with engineers to suggest design changes and process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and configuration control.
