Schedule: Monday to Friday, First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Take Your Skills to New HeightsPDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Assembler to join our team in partnership with a leading aerospace innovator. In this role, you will contribute directly to the production of Boeing 737 aircraft components, ensuring the highest standards of safety, precision, and quality. What You’ll DoPerform mechanical assembly of raw materials into finished products.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, drawings, and method sheets.
Operate hand tools, torque wrenches, electric tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively.
Conduct quality checks, identify defects, and perform rework or repairs as needed.
Maintain organized workstations and accurate inventory.
Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Meet production targets while ensuring high-quality output.
What You BringRequired:
High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant assembly experience (or 4 years in lieu of diploma).
Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools.
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Preferred:
Experience in electronics or product assembly.
Familiarity with blueprint reading.
Background in aerospace manufacturing.

Pay Details: $21.75 per hour
