• Build Engine Inlet Air Filtration Systems for rotorcraft.
• Maintain an acceptable level of attendance as per the Attendance Policy.
• Install and remove universal and flush head rivets, hi-loks, cherry-max, hi-shear fasteners, and platenuts.
• Work with and around a variety of chemicals, adhering to standards regarding personal protective equipment.
• Interpret Engineering drawings and other documents to ensure proper build completion.
• Effectively document job completion paperwork.
• Use protective equipment as required.
• Build sheet metal sub-assemblies to specifications for CH-53K, UH-60s, and other low volume parts.
• Select and use appropriate tools, including hand tools and power tools like pneumatic squeezes and battery-operated drills.

• Technical and mechanical skills for close tolerance hole drilling, countersinking, fastener installation, rivet installation, and trimming.
• Ability to use micrometers, rulers, and calipers for in-process self-inspections.
• Experience in riveting is preferred.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
