  • Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and other basic tools to complete mechanical and electrical assembly tasks safely and accurately.
  • Follow written standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and diagrams to assemble products to the required specifications.
  • Support packaging and shipping functions by packing products into boxes, labeling, and preparing items for shipment according to instructions.
  • Update inventory records on the computer, particularly on second shift, to ensure accurate tracking of materials and finished goods.
  • Perform basic quality checks on assembled products to verify correct assembly, component placement, and overall product integrity.
  • Handle electronic and mechanical components carefully to avoid damage and maintain product quality.
  • Work efficiently in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, meeting productivity expectations while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Basic electrical and mechanical assembly experience, including working with small components and simple wiring.
  • Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers and similar basic tools used in assembly.
  • Ability to use a computer to update inventory and perform basic data entry tasks, especially on second shift.
  • Previous assembly or soldering experience, or closely related hands-on manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in environments such as manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations (preferred over retail experience).
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written SOPs, work instructions, and packing/shipping guidelines.
  • Good English communication skills to understand instructions, document work, and coordinate with team members.
  • Capability to perform quality checks and visually inspect components and finished products.
  • Comfort working with electronic assemblies, mechanical assemblies, wire assembly, and basic electrical components.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • More than 1 year of manufacturing experience, particularly in assembly, is helpful.
  • Soldering experience, including electronic assembly and soldering small components, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with inventory control processes, including tracking materials and finished goods, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with basic quality check procedures in a production or warehouse environment.
  • Exposure to both assembly and shipping functions, including packing and shipping boxes.
  • Ability to work from online or printed documentation and become familiar with product lines through available resources.
  • Comfort using hand tools and performing repetitive manual tasks with consistency and accuracy.
