Role OverviewAs an Assembler, you’ll play a critical role in constructing complex electronic and mechanical systems that power cutting-edge aerospace and defense solutions. Your work directly impacts the reliability, performance, and innovation behind mission-critical technologies.
What You’ll DoIn this hands-on position, you will:
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components including modules, boards, panels, cables, and subassemblies
- Work from engineering diagrams, drawings, and work instructions to complete precise builds
- Use hand and power tools, jigs, and saws for assembly operations
- Perform continuity checks and quality inspections throughout production
- Conduct rework, modifications, and testing of assemblies and prototypes
- Work with microscopes to complete fine, detail-oriented assembly
- Ensure products meet strict quality and performance specifications
- Support production teams with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience
- Experience with soldering, SMT (surface mount technology), or wire harness construction
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience working with precision tools and microscopes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with radio frequency (RF) or CNI systems assembly
- Background in rework and modification of dense SMT circuit boards
- Experience assembling prototype cables or experimental builds
- Familiarity with MES systems such as SAP, Solumina, or Tableau
- Knowledge of ESD, FOD, ITAR, and AS9100 standards

Pay Details: $28.32 per hour
