Job Title: UAV Assembly TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team in assembling UAVs for Department of Defense customers. You will play a crucial role in assembling electro-mechanical components and subassemblies, ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Responsibilities- Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform electrical wiring and testing of products to ensure functionality and quality.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or irregularities, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed.
- Document assembly procedures, modifications, and quality checks for traceability.
Essential Skills- 2 years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical systems.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.
