PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will contribute to building high-quality aerospace components that power innovation and performance. Your precision and attention to detail will directly impact the reliability and success of advanced aerospace systems.
What You’ll DoAssemble manufactured materials and components according to blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
Verify accuracy of bills of materials (BOM) and ensure assemblies meet all design specifications.
Operate hand tools, electrical tools, cutters, measuring devices, and light equipment.
Perform quality checks, identify defects, and record findings.
Rework or repair assemblies in line with engineering specification changes.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations while adhering to safety standards.
Lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day.
What You’ll BringHigh School Diploma or GED (or 2+ years of relevant experience without diploma/GED).
1+ year of assembly experience (3+ years if no HS diploma/GED).
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
