Job Description

Join a dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembler, where your expertise in mechanical and aircraft assembly will help build large-scale components with precision and quality. This role involves hands-on work with deburring, hot forming, water jets, and small CNC machines in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components for large assemblies in a manufacturing setting.
• Perform deburring, hot forming, and operate water jets and small CNC machines.
• Set up machines and utilize hand and power tools for various assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints for mechanical and aircraft assemblies.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues to maintain quality and efficiency.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in mechanical and structural assembly.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in aircraft industry assembly preferred.

Additional Qualifications

• Background in aircraft, aviation, or structural assembly.
• Familiarity with A&P, airframe, and aircraft mechanical components.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
