What You’ll Do:
- Program: Create complex 3-axis and 5-axis toolpaths using software like Solidcam or SolidWorks for aerospace components.
- Setup & Operate: Perform full setups on CNC mills, lathes and lasers, including tool selection and work holding.
- Innovate: Partner with our engineering team to design and fabricate custom panels, mounts, and mission-specific hardware in Solidworks.
- Quality Control: Ensure all parts meet stringent FAA standards using precision measuring equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Machinist (Aerospace experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Solidworks and CAM software.
- Deep understanding of GD&T and technical blueprint reading.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
