Job Title: CNC Machinist 1st ShiftJob DescriptionAs a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for machining aircraft parts using Haas and Sharp Mills, operating with Future and Fanuc controls. This role requires precision and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage CNC machines to produce aviation components.
- Utilize Haas and Sharp Mills for machining tasks.
- Interpret blueprints to execute precise machining operations.
- Perform inspections and measurements using micrometers and calipers.
- Set up machines for production runs and ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably with Haas and Sharp equipment.
- Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience with inspection and measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in the aviation industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Future and Fanuc controls.

Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled repair shop with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 5 am to 2/4 pm. Steel-toed shoes are required for safety.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $58240.00/yr.
