PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a leading name in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing:
Review manufacturing travelers to verify part specifications and customer requirements
Edit and load CNC programs as needed, ensuring smooth machine operations
Set up and operate CNC milling machines with precision
Perform in-process verifications to maintain product quality
Document production activities and inspections on traveler sheets
Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
What You Bring:
Required Qualifications
Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
Solid understanding of G-code and CNC programming basics
Experience with CNC machine set-up and operations
Skilled in using general metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
Sharp problem-solving abilities and a drive to get things right the first time
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment
Familiarity with various CNC controls and machining software
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $18.00 to $30.00 per hour
