About the Opportunity:

Our client is renowned for their precision and innovation in the aerospace wind tunnel model field. They are seeking a meticulous and skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join their team. In this role, youll have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace projects, crafting complex contoured components that make a genuine impact on aerospace technologies.
Responsibilities:
Execute setups and operate CNC mills to machine precise, tight-tolerance parts for aerospace applications.
Program CNC mills to optimize tool paths and machining strategies for complex contoured components.
Select and apply appropriate tools, feeds, and speeds for machining aerospace-grade materials such as aluminum and titanium.
Inspect and verify parts to ensure they meet rigorous quality standards using precision measuring instruments.
Interpret and work from blueprints and engineering drawings, including GD&T specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a CNC Mill Machinist in precision prototype or aerospace manufacturing.
Proficient in CNC mill setup, operation, and programming for high-precision results.
Strong understanding of tool selection, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies for specialized materials.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments for part verification.
Able to read and apply engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency required (per U.S. Export/ITAR regulations).
DOD clearance required for this position.
