Job Title: CNC Operator (Level 1–3)

Compensation: $21–$37/hr (Based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our precision machining team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC Lathes and Mills, performing programming edits, and generating CNC programs using CAM software. You’ll work in a clean, safety-focused environment that values continuous improvement and offers long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machining equipment (Lathes and Mills).
Perform simple to complex setups and tool changes (inserts, drills, mills).
Execute and verify programming edits using inspection methods.
Generate CNC programs using CAM software (MasterCAM preferred).
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following the 5 Ss methodology.
Ensure safe operations in all production areas.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Levels:
Level 1: 0–2 years CNC experience
Level 2: 2–5 years CNC experience
Level 3: 5+ years CNC experience
Experience writing CNC programs in a machining environment.
Proficiency with CAD and CAM software (MasterCAM preferred).
Skilled in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions in English.
Strong math skills (basic arithmetic, fractions, decimals).
Aerospace experience is a plus.
Shift Options
2nd Shift (Flexible Options):
Monday–Thursday, 2 PM – 12:30 AM
OR Monday–Friday, 2 PM – 10:30 PM (5-day option available)
Weekend Shift:
Friday–Sunday, 5 AM – 5:30 PM
Three 12-hour shifts, paid as 40 hours/week
