CNC Mill MachinistPay: $35–$40/hr
Location: Claremore, Oklahoma
Shifts:- Mon–Thu: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Fri–Sun: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Fri–Sun: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Weekend shift: 36 hours paid as 40 hours
OverviewHiring an experienced CNC Mill Machinist skilled in multi‑axis machining, long cycle times, and precision work on large aerospace components. Must be able to measure accurately to 0.001" and work confidently with advanced materials.
Key Responsibilities- Set up & operate multi‑axis CNC mills for large parts
- Read & interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot machining issues for accuracy & efficiency
- Perform precision measuring to one‑thousandth of an inch
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet all specifications & tolerances
- Maintain machines, tooling, and workstations
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years CNC mill multi‑axis machining, large parts, long cycle times
- Precision measuring with calipers, micrometers (±0.001")
- Strong blueprint reading & GD&T understanding
- Experience machining aluminum, titanium, Inconel, stainless steel
- Familiarity with M‑code, G‑code
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in aircraft assembly, airframe structures
- Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak controls
- Leadership experience in a machine shop environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
