Job Title: Deburr OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Deburr Operator to join our team, providing essential support in our manufacturing operations. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn and grow with hands-on training and direct supervision.
Responsibilities- Perform a combination of duties with direct supervision and on-the-job training for a minimum of six months.
- Complete Deburr operations per work order instructions.
- Accurately complete paperwork associated with work instructions or job functions.
- Perform tasks in various shop areas as directed by supervision on an as-needed basis.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times, adhering to the 5 S’s standards.
Essential Skills- Experience in deburring, deburr, grinding, sanding, polishing, and using hand tools.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Acceptable aptitudes and communication skills.
- Near and far vision of 20/30 in both eyes, corrected or uncorrected.
- Dexterity to handle small delicate parts and standard measuring equipment simultaneously.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with height gage, digital calipers, Pi tape, micrometers, polishing/deburr, bench grinder, bead blaster, disc sander, and belt sander.
- Ability to drive and operate a forklift.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is moderate in noise level and requires physical activity, including frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. The role involves specific vision abilities like close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Our facility operates on a structured schedule with two shifts: the 1st Shift runs Monday to Friday from 5:30 AM to 2 PM, and the 2nd Shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM.
