We are seeking Wire Harness Assemblers to join our growing team in Centennial, Colorado. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a company that values precision, safety, and innovation. Responsibilities:

• Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)
• Inspect materials for damage or defects
• Cut, de-jacket, and strip cables
• Load connectors, apply labels, and heat shrink
• Assemble harnesses using a board and detailed instructions
• Sign off on completed work orders
• Package materials safely and maintain proper identification
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards
• Adhere to work schedule and attendance expectations

Qualifications:

• Experience in assembly, wiring, soldering, labeling, or blueprint reading
• Background in aerospace, aviation, electronics, or mechanical assembly preferred
• Ability to interpret schematics and follow detailed instructions
• Proficient with hand tools, measuring equipment, and stripping/crimping machines
• Familiarity with IPC 620 standards is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and good vision/hearing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
