Hiring Electrical AssemblersOur team in our new Centennial, CO manufacturing facility is looking for a detail‑oriented Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in precision, and wants to build high‑quality cable assemblies!
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $22–$30 per hour (DOE)
Location: Centennial, CO
The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling wire, cable, sleeving, and related components according to customer requirements and industry standards. This role involves manual assembly tasks such as loading connectors, twisting wire/cable, installing labels and ty-wraps, potting, soldering, and operating stripping machines and hand tools. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor or department manager.
Responsibilities:
- Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities, etc.)
- Inspect provided materials for physical damage or defects
- Prepare cable materials (cutting, de‑jacketing, stripping)
- Perform basic assembly tasks including loading connectors, applying labels, and heat‑shrink application
- Assemble harnesses using assembly boards
- Sign work order travelers upon completion of each process
- Ensure all materials are properly identified, packaged, and handled safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures
- Report hazards, unsafe practices, and all injuries or incidents immediately
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled breaks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–5 months of related experience or training in the electronics field
- IPC 620/610 and J‑STD‑001 certifications preferred
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for several hours at a time
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Participate in safety improvement activities

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
