Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift Pay: $25.00/hr + 10 Shift Differential Contract: 12 Months (Full-Time Consultant)

In this role, you’ll play a key part in assembling and troubleshooting advanced electronic and electrical systems that power next-generation aerospace technologies.
Your expertise will directly contribute to products that define reliability and performance in flight — making your work both meaningful and mission-critical.
What You’ll DoAssemble, test, and repair electronic components and subassemblies in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Perform board-level rework and PCB soldering with precision and accuracy.
Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble parts, following established procedures and quality standards.
Conduct inspections, calibrations, and performance tests to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to support production efficiency.
Maintain a safe and clean workspace while adhering to all environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2+ years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a diploma, 4 years of relevant experience will be accepted.
Proven experience with soldering and PCB rework at the board level.
Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive assembly operations accurately.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an aerospace, electronics manufacturing, or precision assembly environment.
Familiarity with testing procedures and electronic troubleshooting tools.

Pay Details: $27.50 per hour
