The position requires hands-on experience with tools, coatings, and fabrication processes in a production environment. * Familiarity with Lean principles, including continuous improvement, standard work, and 5S. Job Duties & Functions
* Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks.
* Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
* Assemble and install wire harnesses and avionics products.
* Perform basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation.
* Apply organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements.
* Work on components of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
