Shape Aerospace Innovation from the Ground UpPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Fabrication Specialist to join our team, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll perform composite fabrication, machine setup, and assembly tasks that directly support the production of cutting-edge aircraft components. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will play a vital role in ensuring quality, safety, and innovation in every product that takes flight.
What You’ll DoPerform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks according to established specifications.
Operate and set up composite fabrication machinery and tools.
Conduct composite bagging, forming, drilling, and bonding processes.
Prepare tooling and ensure materials and equipment are production-ready.
Safely operate overhead cranes and related equipment.
Follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings to maintain production standards.
Contribute to a collaborative and safety-focused team environment.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
Experience in composite fabrication.
Skilled in machine operations.
Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
