Knowledge and expertise for this level usually results from internal progressive experience. Minimum Experience
- Level C. Entry level uses basic understanding of the field to perform job duties Works directly with more senior Teammates. Work is closely observed and reviewed.
- Level B. Performs more varied and difficult aspects of the job; may need some guidance on job duties; applies learning to recommend options to address unusual situations. Provides training to others as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, Basic AutoCad, Solidworks and CNC Programming
- Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines. Basic knowledge of hand tools for fabrication environment operational knowledge of drill press, breke, and cut off saws. CNC Water Jet Machine as well as CNC Press Brake Machine. Able to use precision measuring equipment applicable to this job.
- Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; Able to read and interpret documents: Able to write routine reports and correspondence: Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry; Able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Valid Drivers License, where applicable.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The employee must regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
