Head of Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

1.1The Head of Manfacturing Engineer is responsible for the effective operation processes and performance of MGA Producton target (SQCDP),
1.2tEnforce and Lead to implement the Lean Manufacturing and Degital Manufacturing 4.0 Transfomration.
1.3tDirect supervision and mentorship of the Manufacturing and production engineer
Team
1.4 Ensure the strict application of the company standards (Quality System, SHE, HR…) during the performance of his activities

Job Requirements:

The Head of manufacturing engineer shall have the following qualifications:
\t1.1\tCompleted education of not below Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or any related field.
\t1.2\t3 to 5 years of related experience in manufacturing environmental.
\t1.3\tLean tools and methodology application 2-3 experiences.
\t1.4\t6-sigma DMAIC GB/BB/MBB certified.
\t1.5\tExperiences in people management; performance management, coaching and knowledge and skills development
\t1.6\tStrong analytical skills, coupled with a creative and open mind towards alternative methods.
\t1.7\tAble to complete projects in a timely manner and document the results.
\t1.8\tSelf-starter, able to work with little direct oversight.
\t1.9\tAble to plan tasks and small projects.
\t1.10\tTeam player with strong written and oral communication skills.
\t1.11\tHaving technical skills or knowledge related to Electrical parts manufacturing
\t1.12\tHaving basic knowledge of CATIA and/ or SOLID WORKS.
\t1.13\tExperience in ISO,OHSAS, Lean Six Sigma, Quality control system (Process flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan)and QC tools with good computer skills (MS Office, Minitab, Access, etc.)

\t1.14\tGood English communication skills to enable efficient communication with foreign customers and understand technical documentation.
\t1.15\tKnowledge of data processing and MS office in intermediate level.
\t1.16\tKnowledge of ERP system in intermediate level.
\t1.17\tHaving basic knowledge of Metallurgy
