- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts, filters, linking worksheets).
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data and making actionable recommendations.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring frequent communication with leadership and internal/external customers.
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years collaborating with senior and executive leadership.
- Experience implementing strategies and plans with general direction.
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis software.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking on flat surfaces.
- Ability to climb stairs.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree and typically 3+ years of related experience,

Training
- Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment – OJT or formal classroom training.
