* 4/10 2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs 3:30 PM–2:00 AM EST)
* Must be a U.S. Citizen Education & Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree + 4 to 8 years of experience or Master’s degree + 2 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
* Working knowledge of general assembly
* Proficient with interpreting engineering drawings and developing production processes for manufacturing implementation
* Experience with AutoCAD
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills

* Wire Harness Print Reading Job Duties & Functions
* Designs and develops manufacturing processes and production layouts for circuit card and module assemblies
* Creates and maintains manufacturing process documentation and procedures
* Translates engineering drawings into production-ready manufacturing processes
* Collaborates with design engineering to improve manufacturability and production efficiency
* Supports continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
* Develops and implements manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and process aids
* Evaluates equipment and tooling performance to ensure production efficiency
* Identifies manufacturing issues and implements corrective actions to resolve defects and inefficiencies
* Integrates inspection and test requirements into manufacturing plans
* Provides engineering support for design for manufacturability initiatives
* Ensures compliance with internal and external manufacturing standards Physical Requirements & Environment
* Manufacturing production environment with active floor operations
* Requires the ability to walk up and down stairs during shift
* Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
