* 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) - may be 4x10 or 5x8
* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Education & Job Requirements
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
* 2+ years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
* 2+ years of experience supporting the development of engineering technical data packages needed to produce aircraft parts and components
* 2+ years of experience utilizing professional and technical writing skills and successfully teaming to solve technical issues
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Electrical background, including wire installation
* Build integration experience
* Experience with IVT
* Use of Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with CATIA
* Experience with GoldEsp Job Duties & Functions
* Create and refine aircraft zonal build plans, mitigating risks and developing sequence-based execution plans
* Assess build plan impacts resulting from committed changes and design changes while mitigating risks and influencing producibility enablers
* Provide consultation and advisement by leading stakeholder engagement and involvement in build plan activities
* Drive innovation and data analytics initiatives to support continuous improvements
* Integrate activities associated with the condition of the airplane, serving as a bridge between design, the build plan, and the product
* Support loadable software activities and corresponding configuration management tasks
* Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
* Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
* Accomplish build integration processes and build plan milestones
* Champion processes to functional organizations and stakeholders
* Lead collaboration and integration across affected commodities
* Enhance build integration processes by providing lessons learned and after-action review meetings
* Attend technical review meetings for design changes and provide build impact assessments and recommendations
* Compile impact assessment inputs from commodity manufacturing engineers to support integration processes
* Support other platforms as needed
* Complete required on-the-job training or formal classroom training as assigned
