- Maintain high floor presence with hourly to coach, teach, and mentor in processes
- Responsible for CNC machines projects pertaining to subject matter of grind, EDM, milling, and drilling
- In charge of technical plans for hardware machining and flow
- Engage in Lean events
- Gain knowledge of processes thru identifiable trainings pertaining to subject matter expertise
- Execute policy/strategy
- Integrate with other teams and contribute to the area
- Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
- Consult more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing experience)
