Shape the Future of Aerospace ManufacturingPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations — driving continuous improvement, enhancing production efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will directly contribute to the performance and reliability of cutting-edge aerospace products.
What You’ll DoCollaborate closely with customer manufacturing engineers on the shop floor to support aerospace product manufacturing.
Review and improve job instructions, tooling usage, and assembly processes for maximum efficiency and compliance.
Update and maintain detailed work instructions to reflect current engineering standards and practices.
Design, modify, and procure tooling as needed to support evolving production requirements.
Serve as an on-site technical liaison, providing guidance to operators and supporting teams to resolve issues and streamline workflow.
Ensure manufacturing processes align with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
Strong understanding of tooling, assembly processes, and job instruction development.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aerospace MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations.
Proficiency with process documentation, tooling design, and shop-floor collaboration.
Hands-on experience with lean principles or process optimization.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
