PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to find a driven, detail-oriented Manufacturing Liaison. In this role, you won’t just support production—you’ll help power the systems behind human spaceflight. Guided by our core values, youll play a key part in ensuring projects move efficiently, safely, and successfully from planning to execution.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Step into a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your coordination and communication skills keep everything on track:
Provide consistent status updates on work packages to the Management Leadership Team
Support the development, execution, and improvement of manufacturing build plans
Partner with production planning teams to ensure smooth assembly flow and on-time delivery of materials and hardware
Act as a critical liaison between departments, aligning efforts to meet project milestones
Champion a culture of safety, including strict adherence to Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention and regulatory compliance
Assist with project planning, recovery strategies, and overall build execution
What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data entry capabilities
Experience with manufacturing software systems (ERP/MES); familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is a plus
Exposure to manufacturing environments and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Experience using tools like MS Project or data dashboards to track and manage complex tasks
Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) and manufacturing safety practices
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Physical ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) in a manufacturing setting

Pay Details: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour
