We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team, focusing on high-quality mechanical assembly using small hand tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with aircraft quality riveting and sheet metal assembly, preferably in a Defense or FAA-related manufacturing environment.

• Perform mechanical assembly using small hand tools.
• Execute aircraft quality riveting and sheet metal item assembly.
• Work in compliance with FAA or Defense quality standards.
• Assist with cable assembly when required.
• Utilize knowledge of blueprints and schematics for assembly tasks.

• Proficiency in mechanical assembly and riveting.
• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Understanding of FAA or Defense quality standards.
• 1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly.

• Sheet metal fabrication skills are a plus.
• Experience with cable assembly is beneficial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
