Schedule: Monday to Friday; 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm OT may be required.) *The first month will be on-the-job training on First Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm).
Pay Rate: $ 19 per hour
Role Summary
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will assemble components and subassemblies that support advanced aerospace programs. Working under direct supervision, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure products are built accurately, safely, and to specification—contributing directly to performance, reliability, and on-time delivery.
What You’ll DoAssemble components and subassemblies by checking fit, aligning connections, and fastening parts per work instructions or blueprints
Perform routine and standard assembly tasks with minimal assistance
Read and follow standard work instructions and basic blueprints
Track and receive required parts for your product area
Monitor stock bins for adequate supplies and notify the material handler or lead of shortages or discrepancies
Participate in daily team stand-ups and follow safe ergonomic practices
Pack finished products into designated cartons as required
Participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) risk reduction activities
Perform additional duties as assigned and support overtime when required
Required QualificationsThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Ability to follow written work instructions and basic blueprints
Willingness to work second shift and occasional overtime
Ability to perform repetitive mechanical assembly tasks with attention to detail
Preferred QualificationsPrior mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience
Experience in an aerospace, electronics, or precision manufacturing environment
Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly equipment

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
