OverviewLaunch your career in aerospace. We are hiring Entry‑Level Aviation Assemblers to join a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer in Fort Collins. No direct aerospace experience is required; training is provided for candidates with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
Position Summary
As an Assembler & Test Technician, you will assemble, test, and inspect aerospace components with precision. You will follow standardized work instructions, use hand and power tools, complete quality documentation, and support daily production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and inspect small aerospace components and finished units
- Operate hand and power tools to fit, align, adjust, and secure parts
- Follow detailed work instructions and complete required quality documentation
- Clean, prepare, and maintain parts, tools, and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality targets
Required Skills & Experience- Mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Experience with automated testing processes is a plus
- Blueprint reading is a plus
- Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and eagerness to learn
