Join our team as an Assembler, where your skills will support the production of motors, blowers, evaporators, condensers, and complex wiring assemblies. You’ll play a key role in creating high‑quality products while working in a focused, quiet manufacturing environment designed for excellence.
ScheduleShift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime:
- Typically 5–10 hours per week
- Up to 2 Saturdays per month
- Often voluntary; occasionally required
Pay Range$22.00 – $26.00 per hour
Compensation is based on skills, experience, and demonstrated competency.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret engineering drawings and use EPS/PPP tools, ensuring all tools are calibrated and functioning properly.
- Assemble products following prints and released procedures to deliver consistent, high‑quality work.
- Safely operate equipment such as die cutters, drill presses, lathes, mills, and sanders.
- Perform in‑process inspections or route assemblies to Quality as required.
- Troubleshoot quality issues, complete rework, and escalate complex challenges to staff when needed.
- Conduct testing per established procedures, record results, and resolve failures through rework or troubleshooting.
- Sign off on assembly and test operations and accurately track time and job progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe build area through Foreign Object Detection (FOD) practices.
- Follow all safety protocols and consistently use required PPE.
Essential Skills- Proficient in mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Skilled with hand and power tools.
- Solid understanding of component and assembly requirements using blueprints and BOMs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Works collaboratively with leadership on a personalized development plan.
- Identifies opportunities for process, quality, or efficiency improvements.
- Maintains a clean, organized work area.
- Communicates safety, quality, delivery, and cost concerns promptly to management.
